Booking Terms & Conditions

Lashes

  • The use of glue is required to apply eyelash extentions. A patch test is not required, however it is reccomended. If you have any concerns regarding allergies/reactions to the product or have sensitive skin it is YOUR responsibility to ensure you come to the salon for a patch test ATLEAST 48 hours prior to your booking. If you choose to attend your appointment and havn’t undergone a patch test, by clicking ‘accept’ on these terms and conditions and you choose to book in with us, you are responsible if any reaction is to occur.
  • For lash removals the same applies as above, if you have any concerns it is your responsibility to attend the salon for a patch test for lash removals.
  • If you choose to come in for a patch test you will need to sign a waver to state you have had a patch test with us.
  • For lash infills, you must have atleast 50% of your lash extentions remaining otherwise you will be charged for a full set, it is recomemded you book an infill appoinment every 2-3 weeks.
  • It is imperative you arrive to your appointment with clean lashes, lash shampoo is available to purchase in the salon for use in-between appointments. If you arrive with lashes that are not ready for us to work on you could be turned away, this is due to the time it takes to clean your lashes meaning we wont have enough time to carry out the service to the highest standard.

 

Brow Lamination, Lash lift, Lash tinting & Brow tinting

  • The use of perming solution and tinting products  are required to carry out these treatments, it is recommended you attend the salon for a patch test for these products ATLEAST 48 hours before your appointment if you have any concerns relating to sensitive skin/allergies. If you don’t choose to have a patch test, by clicking you accept these terms and conditions, you have agreed to go ahead without a patch test therefore is YOUR responsibility if a reaction occurs.  
  • If you choose to come in for a patch test, you will be asked to sign a waver form to state you have had a patch test with us.
